I have two pigs already called Sula and Poppy, but we are getting two more EEEK! But the only problem is housing, I need to house them outdoor which means the hutch has to have a special (thermal) cover! Can you recommend a hutch. Maybe 2 story. But I don't mind as long as it's 6ftx2ft which is the smallest I will go! Thanks for reading it means a lot!

Have you looked at chartwell hutches? I've got a 6' long one, that currently has 2 females & 2 babys- the boy baby will be moving out in a week. Its a nice, strong hutch & plenty of room.

I have seen it, and it has been the winner so far. As you can have them on one level and still have enough room:nod:

It is 5ft long and 2 levels but it would only fit 4 If you attached a large playpen or let them free range in a pig proofed shed or Wendy house.

I wanted just a hutch as I am not allowed to buy a Wendy house or shed. I will have a look but the recommended is 6ft so I might get the hutch above. I don't know! I really wanted them to free range in a playhouse, which is 4x4 so it's like 8x2 which is lots more room than a 6x2 hutch but yeah...

Decisions, decisions ...

I recently bought the Rose hutch from pets at home and I can say it's an amazing choice! I house three girls in it; one adult piggy and two six month old babies! There's so much space for them to run around and explore. You have to buy the hutch instore but for an extra 10 pounds you also get some cute bowls and free hay and food; which I used to buy the stuff for the rabbit! :p

Uhh; the only downside I have to it is the hutch cover (my piggies are outdoors) is the cover doesn't come with a flynet but it can easily be made or something!

I'm really happy with it and o recommend it greatly!
