Guinea and frodo have had their first visit to the vets! It is mites the vet gave xeno and some cream to ease the itchiness. I've left them in the cage now to rest and get over it as they were petrified!
hoping they settle down and the treatment eases the pain and irriation they must be going through O0 sending hugs and healing vibes :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
I feel really bad cause we are back to square one now. They seemed to be trusting me a little before i took them but now they are running away as bad as when i got them. I wish they could understand that its all for their own good!!
give them time, they will soon get use to you and love you. at cuddle time offer them their favourite foods, be kind and talk to them even when in their cages. perhaps when the mites are gone and they feel better they will be mpore receptive to you. hang in there and give them hugs from me :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: girls send them both :-* :-* :-* and wishes that they feel better soon O0
Don't worry sweetie, just keep giving them treas and loves and they'll soon learn that you're not going to harm them :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
My boy still runs from me and he's over 6 so don't worry O0
