Certain materiel like the ones in Chewbular are harmful! A piece of it wrapped around a piece of my Pigs hand and it had to be clipped off! (It was only some skin on his palm so he wasn't affected tremendously) Be careful what you put in your guineas cage.
Bedding that can hurt a guinea!

I've heard that some types of shredded paper - such as the ones in larger schools, the long stuff - can also be dangerous as it can get caught around their legs and cut off the circulation, resulting in amputations in severe cases.
I don't use this stuff - I'm assuming you mean the yellow stuff (if not, and its the tube, then EEK 'cos all my pigs have tunnels!)

Yeah that fluffy hamster bedding, it can be harmful to smaller animals too. I heard of someone recently with baby mice and a few of them lost legs from it
