Bedding advice

Up to now I’ve been using shavings and hay for bedding but this was going all over when we got Mickey and Donald out for floor and lap time. I’ve been trialling puppy pads and change these daily which means the cage is much cleaner. Are these safe? The pigs don’t chew them which I worried about but I didn’t know if they contained chemicals?

They are fine. I use puppy pads for their hay area upstairs now. Smell less

I too use puppy pads. They're fine if piggies don't chew them

Great thanks. One thing I don’t have is anywhere soft for them to sleep.... I didn’t want to buy a plush bed as I would need to wash it all the time. I just provide plenty of hay for bedding as well as eating. Is this enough?

If you don't want to use fleecy items then yes that's fine. Do they have plenty of hides to go in?

Yes they have each have a house in the indoor cage...and in their outside run the have log tunnels and tubes etc... I was thinking of hammocks?! But not sure about these
