Bean is almost 16 weeks old so I thought I’d compare photos of him now to the day he was born.
Here he is on day one:

And him today:

He’s growing up so fast! He’s getting more confident everyday and also is very proud of his beautiful long hair.
He’s a few photos of him posing for the camera:

He's luuuuuurrvvvllleeeee!:love::love:. Hair is just like Betsy's. I have to keep Betsy's fur cut short at the back so that it doesn't get wee and poop caught in it. In the summer she gets a grade 4 all over to help keep her cool.

Here she is with a very fashionable wedge cut.

Incredible! I would love to see a long haired piggie in person. The first time I saw a picture of one I thought it was a sheltie!:hmm: Lol I was totally confused  they are so pretty! And your’s are phenomenal looking. Is it difficult to keep up with their grooming?

Thanks! Betsy is a Sheltie with a Coronet she is such a lovely piggy as soon as I saw her I knew she had to be mine! Her fur is lovely and silky and soft.

I've got a comb for her but she fell out with the comb so now I have a Porcupine brush for her she's not friends with the brush either but she will tolerate it more that the comb.

It looks like this:-

I brush her at least every 2 - 3 days. When she needs to go to the salon for a hair trim she lets me know as she starts to get very uncomfortable when she is being brushed. That is when she gets a trim round her bum and the side skirts also have a trim too. I have some pet clippers which I use for her summer do. When you cut the sides skirts you have to be careful cos the feet are hiding under there somewhere! I have to give her a trim every 4-6 weeks. Every so often she needs a bum bath too. As long as you keep up with the grooming Bean should be fine. Just don't leave it too long! If he has matted fur it is easier and less painful to cut it out. As you have a boy, I would keep his fur trimmed around his rear end, his bits and along the inside of his legs.
