Thinking of bathing my guinea pig....got some special posh piggy shampoo. ..but never done him before so feeling apprehensive. Any help or tips appreciated. Thanks :-) xx

How old is your boy? Bathing is only necessary of he is very dirty or has a medical condition.

Best wash a new piggy in a place where he cannot hurt himself badly he makes a mad jump into the unknown!

If you can have someone else with you to help I would recommend that. I always bath my pigs when my partner is with me because it's a lot easier with two sets of hands. I'm sure I could do them on my own now but especially the first time it will help a lot as you don't know how your pigs are going to react. Mine aren't fans of being bathed and they were terrified the first couple of times. One used to bite really hard and the other used to take giant leaps out of the bucket!
