bargain hutch huggers

Last winter after seeing the prices of hutch huggers we bought some of that silver padded plumbers insulation on a roll and stapled it to the outside of the hutch underneath a hutch cover. The cost was minimal and we've kept it for this winter too, and still have some left on the roll, worked a treat!:(|)

Thanks for the tip. My hutch is too big for one of the scratch and newton hutch snuggles and I have been thinking of some other form of insulator for this winter :)
 
That looks such a fab price but not on home delivery and I've not got a nearby store:( mearerst is 11 miles away in Wolverhampton and I dont drive. Hope they get some more on delivery option.

I need to find my calculator to work out the size in feet and inches!

Tats what we're going to do! My dad is picking some of that up for me this week and he has a thermo plastic tarpalaine he's going to cover it with to make it waterproof and he'll be able to seal it all.

I've looked in 2 storees today for some of them. One person said they'd only be in the really big stores as theyre old stock they're getting rid of. Another guy said he didnt have a clue what i was on about and thinks it's a web only offer.
 
Iv tried to get one of these hutch snuggles for my hutch but nowhere has them instock..nightmare! they dont seem to be the right sizes in the store as advertised online, the guy in p@h didnt really have a clue rolleyes
Anyways, Wickes do a role of insulation 8mm (quite alot) for £13.00, so I'm going to try that :)
 
I got mine from the wolverhampton store, but I suppose they are clearance so won't be in many.
