My Teddy sow had a slight bald patch on the back of her neck two weeks ago so as a precaution I treated with Blephar invermectin and the day after it looked worse. I left it a week and treated again and today her neck is so raw and aggravated. It isn’t fungal as it doesn’t appear dry/scary or flaky! I’ve put some tea tree cream on it for now to soothe but any recommendations?

Please see a vet.
Please don’t attempt to home treat any medical condition. The beaphar products are not strong enough to fully deal with mites, should that be the diagnosis. Mite treatment needs to be the correct strength product prescribed by the vet in the correct course (that is a full six week course - three treatments, two weeks apart)
Please don’t use tea tree on a guinea pig. It is too strong smelling and won’t cure anything.

You will need to inform the vet of the products you have put on your piggy as unfortunately using home treatments before seeing a vet wipes the scene of vital evidence and makes diagnosis harder for the vet.

I agree with @Piggies&buns and would also add that tea tree oil is toxic to most pets including guinea pigs and should never be used on them. If you have just used a little bit once that shouldn't cause a problem but please don't use it again.
