bald patch on foot?

I picked my my piggie today for a brush and some attention and noticed this patch of bald on his right back foot. I have never noticed this in the month or so since i got this one and feel as though i would have if it had always been there. however, when i got him i was told that he may have previously been bullied by other pigs. should i take him to the vet or watch this for the foreseeable future to see if it gets worse?

It’s always best to rule out a medical angle straight away so I would just have a vet check him over.
He may have aelf barbered through stress if he was previously bullied, but they can also self barber through pain or irritation so just ruling out any other issue first would be wise
