Bald grease gland, hair came off

Tangle had a bad tangle of greasy hair on his grease spot. He is a hairy Swiss cross and I noticed the hair lifted off the area as I brushed. The area is now bald and I a bit worried. The girls have small clumped hair areas, and the Rex has some dirty hair, what should I use to clean the area? As I think the dreaded bottom wash Is needed.

Hi!

We recommend coconut oil as a gentle but effective treatment for grease glands. The hair will grow back.

The greasy guy with the bald grease spot. I obviously haven’t done a good job of cleaning his rear end and it clumped up. How shall I clean in future as people suggest all sorts of things.
