Hello, just a quick question - i used to house Skittle on fleece, but when i moved to my mums he went into the hutch with Tarquin out in the yard ( :( ) anyway, its been months and Skitty was on the fleece for a year.

I used one large fleece folded, small towel, thin layer of sawdust and a layer of newspaper - i also had a washing machine, which i currently don't have here. EVERYTHING is hand washed mallethead

I've bought two new fleeces because i just dont want the girls on sawdust, but i dont have a spare towel to go under it at all, i only have sawdust and news paper - will this work?!

I use liner's are they in a hutch now or indoor cage? you can use them in either they are just made differently but i dont need newspaper or sawdust

Indoor cage, 120 ferplast until i can upgrade - no hutches ever again.
All i have is all i can use, i can't afford anything else - since the boys were killed i've managed to go broke on vet visits with these two, otherwise i'd have a cage liner but even that has to go in a washing machine which i dont have.

I think it will but I think you'll be cleaning it out about every 2-3 days. I bought sone really cheap spare towels from pound stretcher, £1.49 for a hand towel, I used to have a ferplast 120 and used newspaper, 2 hand towels then a fleece doubled up.

Generally clean them every 3 days atm, i think one girl is particularly incontinent :)) thanks - cheap towels are hard to come by these days, i'll have to snoop. The fleeces were £3 each from Asda which I'm made up about ha =D
