Hello

As some of you may remember I havent been feeling well and having ever more frequent episodes of nausea and upset tum.
Now that I'm back from holiday Ive been to see my GP and submitted samples and had a blood test to try and find out what is causing this.

As this has now been going on for 4 weeks and I have to wait a further week for test results, Ive worked myself up into a real state of anxiety / irrational thoughts etc which is making me feel even worse!

Ive started to use Rescue Remedy to help me cope but wondered if there was a more suitable Bachs remedy for me to try.
I know that some of you have experience with the different kinds

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Thanks
Ive kind of ruled out IBS as there is no stomach ache or pain at all. Just this dreadful dash to the loo every few hours and wobbly legs.
My body feels like it is under attack

Well, I don't know about expert :)

I've done Bach approved workshops level one and two... and hope to do my practitioner at some point.
With the remedies it's important to look at how you feel mentally and emotionally at this time. Physical symptoms are not really taken into consideration.

Off the top of my head I would suggest maybe Aspen for worrying thoughts that you find hard to identify or put into words. Feeling worried or frightened for no specific reason. Maybe feeling shaky or jittery with it.
Mimulus is good if you can actually name your fear.
White Chestnut if unwanted and worrying thoughts go round and round in your head, maybe keeping you awake at night.

Rescue remedy should help if you feel a panicky episode coming on, it can be taken longer term but you really need to look at the underlying issues. In your situation, probably and understandably fear based. We all worry about our health.

A consultation with a Bach practitioner would be ideal, if you have one in your area. I'll add the link to the Bach site for you in a minute.
There is lot's of info on there that might help you choose appropriate remedies and how to use them. But if I can be of anymore help, feel free to pm me or email me. While the remedies can sometimes act very quickly, often they need to be taken on an ongoing basis, weeks or a couple of months is not unusual.

If you'd like to chat I'm happy to pm you my number too :)

Hope this helps, any questions, just give me a shout.
Take care
Barbara
