I have 2 new baby piggie boars. Approximately 8-12 weeks old. They are tiny.

It's been about 5 years since I have had such small piggies. Anything special I need to do?

How lovely!
They will be tiny and fast! But they grow up so quickly. I adopted a 10 week old sow a month ago and it's amazing how much she's grown up. Just enjoy them.

Not particularly; the additional need for extra calcium and protein until they finish the first quick growth phase is pretty small. You can either give a handful of alfalfa hay in addition to the unlimited normal hay or compensate by giving unlimited normal pellets or 40g alfalfa based pellets. Please do only one of these options!
