Hello!
I'm looking to get 2 piggies in about a months time and I am currently just going about setting up their cage with lining, toys etc.
I intend to use fleece lining and I have read/watched videos on people using towels or puppy pads underneath. I am wondering if anyone has used a baby changing pad in their cages, as it seems like a good idea as you could literally just sweep and wipe it down? I've tried researching but can't find anyone that's used them.
Thanks :)

If you are talking about the disposables ones then yes I have used them as they are just like a puppy pad but much cheaper. They are absorbemt with a waterproof backing.

Actual vinyl pads...no as you'd need an absorbent layer between that and the fleece to catch all the pee.

Also heard that of people using disposable incontinence sheets too.

Try your local car boot sale for some. I got a new pack of Pampers change mats for £1! Bargain. They also had an open pack for less but I found them for a friend so didn't want to give her the open pack.
