Awkward Question - Privates

I have two boars. One has an extremely large private area compared to the other. I just want to make sure this is normal? I've never seen another male like him. :lol!:View attachment 34438

Some piggies come with a large private sphere while others love to be in their companion's pockets. Hopefully, as your dominant boy is going become more confident and relax, that need for distance is going to slowly shrink, as it has with my piggies.

I think she is referring to her boars balls size. :))

I think its normal. I've had two males who had very LARGE balls in comparison to most of my other boys. He looks fine to me. :) But if you are not quite sure, a visit to a guinea pig savvy vet may help. :)

Thank you everyone for the replies! Since he's so much larger than my other boy I wanted other opinions before I went to the vet with a silly question.

I have 7 boys at the moment, all un neutered and the range of size of plums is considerable. Tea Cake is at the massive end of the spectrum and Cheeky well, more choirboy. I visually check over their bits of bobs every day when I take them to their runs so it is good to learn what is normal looking for each of your boys.

Momo has a big pair himself that is let loose during floor time for some reason (probably to assert dominance), then when he's scared or in the cage they shrink up lol

As for Mura (my other boar), I can barely see his XDalthough he is quite the fur ball

Did you ask your pup permission before posting that photo? ;):P

All of mine have different sizes! Biggest pair belong to my youngest Rory, who's sporting a very generous pair! My oldest boy has modest ones, you can't really see them much.

I showed the picture to my husband. He ask, can the guinea pigs walk normally? lol.....
These posts are hilarious! I'm glad to know Cleveland is normal. They do drag on the ground when he walks, it's so funny watching him waddle around.

I feel like this shouldn't be a funny thread but it is.... really funny!
There are some incredible dangleberries going on here.

Sometimes I can't tell which end of Poldark is the head! That's just ONE!

Meanwhile, Sage has what looks like a proper, human buttcrack.

Oh dear! This is too funny!
I'm so glad I have sows!

My old lad Jim had a rather impressive pair, and would angle himself round to have between this thigh and the outer bulge stroked.... shame! x
