Can I just ask any one that is looking to buy a hutch online to never ever buy from ****edited by a moderator *****, these people are a scandalous company who have taken over 5 months to rectify a faulty hutch (coatch house) it came with crack parts and the bottom draws have a gap big enough to put your fingers through so mice can get in, even though it says pest proof and good security on the site. They seem to not care about all this and just want the money. I was told I can get £16 back out of £160 as a good will.... Absolute jokers.
Please spread the word to avoid these god awful money grabbers.

Hi @Brad.

Sorry you've been having troubles with your hutch. While I sympathise with your plight this is a public forum. For this reason I have edited your thread to remove the name of the company.

If you paid by debit or credit card please try using a charge back. Or perhaps contact trading standards.

Ok I understand, I just didn't want any other poor person to buy from this very bad company who have no care for a pet or their customers just pound signs in their eyes. Do you think the charge back would work ? I have thought about calling trading standards actually.

Sorry to hear you have had a difficult time, reporting to trading standards maybe a positive way forward,i used them before and had great results.:)

Thank you Eileen I think I will do that

I favour a multi - pronged attack with things like this. Try everything!
Under Sale of Goods Act an item has to be fit for purpose. If it isn't then you are entitled to a refund. Includes items damaged in transit.

If you ring the Citizens Advice Consumer Service they will be able to give advice on your rights - they provide advice on behalf of Trading Standards. Their telephone number is 03454 040506. Hope you get it sorted x

Soo sorry about that. I to have had a similar experience. The wood came split and flimsy. Such a shame that there are people who don't actually care about the welfare of animals, just the cash. :(
