Aubiose having never used it before could someone tell me how to use it please?
Is it better then woodshavings?
What does it smell like as i will be using it indoors?
Do you have to wet it?
Is it right that it is dust free?

Aubiose is a soft fine shredded wood - I used to use it and its equivalent EASIBED (which is slightly cheaper).

Aubiose has a lemony fragrance with it (only slight)

It is a very absorbent bedding and no, you don't wet it. I used to put plenty of newspaper down and spread the Aubiose/Easibed generously on top.

It is dust free.

I have only reverted to large shavings as they are £5 a bale and Aubiose is £9 per bale - and I have anything up to 30 piggies indoors at a time.

Hope this helps you.

Helen.

Hi
I use aubiose indoors too, it has a fresh very slight scent and as Hels says, it isnt dusty at all. I pay £7.50 a bale but only use it in their main toilet area and put lots of hay on top. I use one bale a month now for 10 guineas. I much prefer it to easibed which is cheaper but very hard with a strong pine smell.
