The minis have decided to start fighting with each other! There's one boy left in with Bella (he's only 2 weeks) but he's fine, its the girls! There's a lot of squabbling going on, bum nipping and rumbling. Is this normal? No ones drawn blood or been badly hurt.

Inclined to agree with piggyfan - probably sorting the dominance issue out 
I know it's hard but it is better to leave them to it (as there is no blood drawn) and let them sort the hierarchy out between themselves. Just keep an eye on them -c Usually one will accept being the under piggy so all will be ok, if not, they will fight on a more serious level that may need you to separate but only as a last resort.
Being so young, the bathing trick is not an option - have you tried a teeny weeny dab of Vicks on their noses ?/
