Are these teeth normal?

Is there anyone who can tell me if the molars look normal?
I have an ongoing health issue with my pig Marsh. He has been treated for the wound in his mouth in these photos but even since healing, he will not eat or drink anything and is strictly being syringe fed.
I am wondering specifically why there looks to be hair embedded in his gums?

What does your vet say when he examined his teeth?

I don’t think many piggy owners will have ever seen their pigs back teeth. Only an experienced vet will know what’s “normal”. I hope Marsh starts to eat on his own soon.
