Are these pet store cages safe?

My piggie and I are going to stay with my parents for a month and I want to buy this as a travel-home thing lol anyways I was wondering if her foot wont get stuck in that wire ramp thing? She's a tiny 5 month old with teeny legs!
This is how the cage looks like:

And no its not so small, the one I picked is almost three times as large I'm just posting this to show you the wire thingies! How can she walk on the second floor?

No wire ramps or levels are not suitable for piggies

I would say that isn't suitable for guinea pigs. I think she would find the ramp difficult to use and she would be too heavy for the top level.

Cages like these are best suited for rats, degus and hamsters and even then, the wire may need to be covered.
