Are Nature's Miracle pet wipes safe for Guinea Pigs?

My guinea pig really needs to be cleaned but he doesn't trust me yet and I don't think I could give him an actual bath. Only thing I have for pets currently are the Nature's Miracle wipes, it says it's safe for small animals but I wanted to double check.

The ingredients are: Water, Citrus Extract, Ethanol, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Wheat Germ Oil and other plant extracts.

I wouldn’t use it. If it’s just his back end then you can give him a bum bath with just water. Or you could wipe him down with a face cloth.

Or you could use unscented baby wipes to give him a wipe down
