I have 3 different houses for them but as for now they have their igloo. Betty purrs everytime Wilma get's in with her in the igloo and Wilma has even backed away a few times and rather be outside. So we put in another little hiding space for her where she goes.

Why is Betty so anti Wilma?

When they are scared they like to be together. They like to play together.

So I don't understand.

Also, Wilma is the only one that weeks for food, maybe Betty can't week?

I dunno I am confused.

I sure the purring isn't rumble strutting. Guinea pigs rumble strut when asserting their dominance over another guinea pig. By the sounds of it Betty is just telling Wilma that she's the boss and that she doesn't want to cuddle up in the igloo right now.

I would suggest putting in two houses so the pigs have one each, that way if Wilma wants to be inside she can and both pigs can spend some time away from each other if they want too. Sometimes guinea pigs just need a bit of alone time, its nothing to worry about as long they don't start to actually fighting.

Idk why Wilma doesn't wheek, some pigs just don't, maybe she's the shyer of the two.

All VERY normal! Your girls are still sorting out the dominance. Betty is top sow and still feels the need to make that clear crystal clear to Wilma (your purring is dominance rumbling). It will not keep the girls from becoming the very best friends after they have sorted their relationship, so you need not worry at all!

I hope this article helps to allay your fears and bafflement.
