It's getting freezing here in the south, and even though the girls are always inside where it's largely warm, the nights do get cold in my room.

I've seen these for sale around in various places:
Wilko Microwave Wheat Pack Lavender

Are they piggy safe? I used to give the boys hot water bottles (not HOT hot) and they loved it, but these seem slightly more safe.

Anyone used these?

We are huge fans of these in our house.
I would say that as long as the outer fabric is piggie chew proof (and you will know how 'chewy' your own pigs are) then they would be fine to use.
If the wheat bag doesn't have a removable and washable cover then it might be a good idea to pop it into a removable cushion cover though.

Although I would personally avoid anything scented around the pigs (like the lavender one in the link).
If they do an unscented version then that would be ok.
Or you could make your own easily enough.
