Can I give Stripe his antibiotics after 8 hours of initial dose instead of 12? I have to work very late tonight.

With a 12 hour rhythm you have up to 4 hours leeway each side if there is no other option before you need to skip a dose when the intervall will become too short. The same rule also goes for humans.
