Just thought I would share with you all that not all aneasthetics go badly.

Ive had another successful one today, aneathetised the little fella. Had a great stable GA all the way through. Such a good piggie. And within 10mins of waking my patient was trying to stuff there face with cucumber. :)

I'm so pleased when theyre like that. Not that I'm trying to blow my own trumpet but I havent lost a piggie yet under my watchful eye under GA. And i want it to stay that way.

I was pleased so i wanted to share... sorry.

That's great news. Fab that people like you are looking out for our piggies when they need medical care. x

Its such a worry when piggies are put under and when you hear so many stories of piggies not recovering it can be daunting. My Mimsi was put under GA when his bladder stone was discovered. It turned out that my vet could not remove the bladder stone, but Mimsi made a full recovery and is still with me nearly 2 years later bladder stone and all.. So glad your piggie recovered well..
