Another forum drives me crazy

I belong to the coeliac forum and every time someone makes a post on any subject I get it sent to me in an email! It's crazy! Every day I have to delete millions of emails! I never even go on the forum ;D ;D ;D

It is annoying. My problem is spam, this morning i got 14 e-mails. 11 of them were spam! Argh! >
