Angel Cards

I've been using Tarot cards for years but quite fancy buying myself a set of Angel cards. There are quite a few available, so does anyone use a deck that they can recommend? Or interested in this type of thing?

Or am I the only wacky woman on here :D

I can't recommend any angel cards but i do use a fairy oracle! (now who's the crazy one ;D) They are by doreen virtue and i think she does angel cards and other types too. There's lots on ebay to have a nose at. I can't think of any plus points, apart from they have nice pictures! I think she does seperate books to go with her cards (as well as the little guide you get). I favoured the fairy one, as they're meant to be nature/animal guardian angels!
 
I brought some a while ago but never really looked at them, will have to get them out, do you believe in Angels ? I do am at the moment reading the book by Alison Du Bois from the Amercian show Medium, its amazing,
 
I believe in angels and would like to get some cards but like Barbara I'm not sure which deck to get.

I always believed my Billie was an angel sent to help me through a difficult period in my life (which he did)

Michelle, I do believe in something angelic, though not in the Christian sense.
I find the subject interesting and it's something I'd love to know more about and explore. Strangely enough it's not something I've thought about much before and attending one angel workshop put me right off!

There is a lady who runs angel meditation classes once a week in our area, I might go along and see what I think and feel.
The other day I bought a pretty little tea light holder that was reduced to a £1.00...it's lovely and I just had to buy it for some reason.

I'm going to check out the cards on eBay later :)

my belief is when we hear a voice in our ear urging us to do or buy something or take a different turning or what ever its our guardians not necessarily angels as in white ladies with wings but a more human form or in the form of a sense, helping us make a difficult choice or a certain decision, they say if you see a white feather they are a sign, we did use to keep doves so i was seeing white feather all the time lol
 
I have 2 sets of angel cards but dont really know how to use them. I think it would be good to have another go at using them as I know that in the next few months is going to hard for my family and I do need to be guided. So if anyone knows how to use them please tell me!


I have: Guardian Angels- Messages for love and peace (good for the first timer)

Harmony Angela Cards ( They are good if you know what you are doing!)

Both are in lovely boxes
 
Mum had some for christmas but had them allready so ive got them, not opened them or read how to use them yet!

Mary, you normally get a little instruction book with them, that might help get you started.
You could maybe be begin by shuffling them and asking if they have a message for you and choosing one card.
Or...you could ask something like "What do i need know about this situation/event/person"
I know with Angel cards as with other oracle decks, you can pick just a card a day or use them in spreads. Maybe deal a card for each month of the coming year.
Do remember to write everything down though :)

I'm going to look up those cards that you have. I've seen one deck ages ago that was lovely but have no idea which one it was now ::)

I have used Tarrot cards since I was 14 and have predicted a few events, and indeed scared myself rigid for a while afterwards. You should always keep them in a silk bag, handle them regularly and keep them close ie under your pillow for some time for them to use your energies (easiest to do whilst you are asleep ;))
