am i helping or making things worse?

theres a girl that has a bunch of guinea pigs and they are all in a few petstore cages and pens(but she does love them at least). i was going to get two boys from her and then i saw her baby girl they are all babies and i can put the boys in a 2x6 and her in a 2x4 however,they will all have to be in the same room and i was told the boys would harm each other when they were mature. i expressed my concerns to the lady and she said this wouldnt be because they were all sibblings from the same litter so the boys wont fight? am i doing more harm than good taking all 3:{:{

It doesn't matter what litter they are from, they are still 2 boys who will be able to smell a female and could end up fighting, but there are members on here who have males and females in the same room with no problems. Just be wary of the female, i dont mean to be judgmental of the person you are getting them from but they sound like a breeder and it could be likely that the female could be pregnant.

i dont think shes a breeder she doesnt seem the type more than likely someone who just doesnt know how to sex her piggies right. i know she started off with 4 she saw at the petstore and was told they were all girls and then later found only 3 were girls and the male got all 3 pregnant. well she decided to keep the baby girl to live with her sister so ill just be getting fudge and hershey (the two baby boys) its probably a good thing since i havent had piggies in a while and never had to different sexes before. i get my coro monday and ick up my boys tuesday and ill be sure to show her my cage pictures and recommend this site to convince her to get some bigger cages for her piggies especially with and expectant mommy.
