Coroplast is too expensive with shipping. I was wondering if I could make a base out of cardboard then line it with a shower curtain. Then I can put in the bedding. Would this be okay?
Alternative to coroplast?

only thing i can think of love is if they nibble it...... they shouldn't eat the nylon and you know how they love to nibble everything and anything!
what if you went to a local real estate agent and see if they have old/older signs (they usually use coroplast or similar)

Try this place. They have locations all over US. I bought a 4x8 ft sheet for only $10. Heard the price have gone up to $15 per sheet. Still not too bad.

You can also get free coroplast from politician signs. Call campaign headquarters and ask for them after the election.
Now I have a wooden cage and line my cage with vinyl flooring roll I got from Home Depot.

I have used lino in mine. I went to my local flooring shop and got an offcut for £15 (it was 2m x 2m and they usually sell it for £10 per squared meter). If you are having trouble finding the correx, then lino is an alternative.
Home Depo would have it or any other hardware store. Wal-Mart, etc as well.
