Allotment!

I've been on a waiting list for an allotment since Christmas and one has just come up. I took it on Saturday!
It's huge! About 60ft x 30 ft and it's 2 minutes walk down the road. Only £14.50 a year

Needs a lot of digging.

I am going to have three very happy little pigs once I start growing them fresh veg.

(although my mum tells me when I was little the pigs always preferred tesco veg...)

Congrats We've had our allotment for about 4 years this year I think, and we never look back Well, we actually have 2 and a half allotments (haha, the half only has a load of horse poo on it :

just now ordered my first greenhouse seems we are a greenfingered lot its going right next to the pigs sheds so they will get the ultimate fresh veg and salads, we are really slaves to them aren't we? :smitten: :smitten:

We have a fenced off vegetable area in our garden too. It's a good thing the allotment isn't too way from your home. have fun!
