My Lolo has been in dire need of a bum bath, although she’s got a black spotty bum her botty’s been looking a bit brown this week! :)) I’ve had to put it off for a few days as my wonky brain’s been playing up but today was the day! Think she actually quite enjoyed it bless her! :love:

Luigi said he doesn’t want one though! And I’m very glad it wasn’t him in need either, he would’ve been a nightmare but she was brilliant! Enjoying her extra large blueberry reward afterwards! :love:

Yes as soon as she went in there was no flapping, she just sat while I got that butt! The only reason I could get any pics really! :)) Thanks 😊
 
Awww...glad Aliona enjoyed the bath. I might have to give Sierra a bath soon too. Because of her IC and her bleeding, it's quite dirty around her bottom area. Sierra was my cleanest piggy until her IC.

She really did, just hopefully no more for a while and she grooms round there a bit more! :doh: Bless Sierra, hope she’s a good girl for hers and enjoys it too! ❤️

Haha I have to put a couple on of silver chunky bum too as they’re the porky pair! :D Aliona was 1115g at her last weigh in so she’s definitely a porkier girl after her spay and troubles in Feb now too! :love:

Pepper has his very grumpy face on at the moment but his floof isn’t too long, Pringle seems to be suffering a little more bless him but we have taken delivery of more ice packs and another ice pod today!
 
I always love your pigtures! They look so happy. I need to shave Layla's butt then wash it, she is a filthy guinea pig lol x

Oh bless Pringle, hope the new cold pressies help to chill him out a bit poor lad 🤞 Jasper’s not been feeling his best either with his fuzzy coat! Poor furry beasties 🥵

Haha, unfortunately I did shave her which she absolutely loved, but I found she has a new lump which looks suspiciously like a mammary lump...off to the vets tomorrow...again!

Oh no, I’m so sorry. Poor Layla and you, especially so soon after Daisy’s op! :doh: Hope her vet trip goes well and it’s easily sorted bless her ❤️ x

These pigs do like to keep us busy! :mal: Cleo’s in for her 8th(?) vet trip since she arrived in November next month (soonest I could get at C&R) to check on her honking/trumpet nose which keeps worrying me, along with Luigi who now has calcium build up in his eyes along with his cataracts! Blooming piglets! XD
 
Lovely to see your beautiful piggies @alpacasqueak, there have been few bum baths here this week, i think the weather is making the piggies a little lethargic and they don't seem to keeping themselves as clean as usual. I really need to give both the skinnies a proper bath as they seem to get filthy out on the lawn. However, bathing Dora is a two person job as she really does not like it and keeping a grip on a wet skinny pig is not easy.

Thank you :) Not just Lolo getting a wet bum this week then, hope they went so well too! I thought that must be the reason as well, she’s normally a very clean piglet and never needed one before but it’s far too warm to do much at the moment, even groom your bum!
I’d never really thought about that with skinnies, bet they’re so much harder to bathe! Hope she’s a good girl and enjoys her clean bum too! :love: It’d be a two man job with Luigi I think just because he’s such a large and naughty boy! :))

To be honest Mavis and Peggy seem to quite like the bathing at the moment, I think it probably cools them down a little. However, Hazel squeals like she is being tortured. She really is a drama queen.

Thankfully the boys don't seem to get as smelly as the girls. 😄

Glad the boys have been grooming those bums! Same here, the boys have sparkling rear ends! Very much hoping Cleo continues to as well! 🦈 :))

They are a nightmare arent they! I have four of them at the moment and all of them are on medication. The good thing is they are such gorgeous cuties that they come up and take their meds without me having to catch them. Despite their various illnesses they do try and make my life easy!

Good luck with Cleo and Luigi...I am sure all guineas have the encyclopaedia of guinea pig illnesses to hand and read through once a week. Its got worse since they went online ! :mal: :love: :yikes:

What good girlies to have their meds so nicely bless them :love: But poor you with all four to medicate, I’ve got an easy life with my gang these days really in comparison! (Touch wood!) Glad they help though!
