Alice Is Pulling Out Hair :o

I recently got four bonded sows that are around 2 years old. The smallest one, Alice, is pulling out the other girls' hair and eating it. I know there is something called barbering but I've heard that its more like "cutting" the fur, she's actually pulling it out, the other girls are squealing so are obviously i pain, I dont know what to do. Does anyone have any advice please?

They are more squealing in protest - or they would chase her away! Barbering can be a bit more extreme in some cases, but there is not a lot you can do unless you really want to separate.
