I think Agnes is in heat, as she's grumpy, picking on Gertrude and doing a "rumblestrut" and keeps chasing and smelling Gertrude's bum and biting her ear.
Is it a good idea, just split Agnes up or should I just leave them to it?

I just don't want Gertrude getting hurt.

Thanks for any help :)

Please do not split them up. This is perfectly normal behaviour. Gertrude will be in season next and displaying the same behaviour. There is always a more dominant piggy and to us it may look mean but it is the way they live and healthy.
