I have had an offer to read Beautiful Veins

This is an agent who read an old draft of Beauty like the Night about five years ago.

Feel quite excited cos at last someone is going to read the whole thing, and I would appreciate any comments! Well, nice ones preferably ;D

So last night I started trying to print out the whole thing - nearly 400 pages >:(.

Bloody printer had a frenzy at 1.15, started spewing out crap with weird signs printed in rows - my printer does this often, do yours?
I only got to page 84 - got to crack on with printing the rest.
 
GOOD LUCK sweetheart hope this works out for you, keep us all up dated, my printer has a moody every now and then think its hormonal lol

Thought of that, but I think I will email it to my mum, she can print the rest and bring it up next weekend. :)
 
aww i'm so pleased for you - let us know how you go on and when it'll be in the book shops so we can buy it!! :)

My printer used to do that a lot so I reinstalled the drivers for it and its been ok since (Sorry was that geeky) lol hehe

I have now been able to print the rest of it. Bloody printer. Still it deserves a rest now after that marathon effort.
 
BV is set in a hospital - that's the one I have been printing, not what I am working on at the moment.

I myself enjoy both writing and reading but I don't get the time to write any more.

Anyway there won't be a post office open till Monday. I just hope he doesn't keep me waiting too long, that's what I hate about agents.

Ooh this is very exciting news. I hope you get a good response from the agent - I'm sure you will! Tell them you've already got lots of people waiting for it to come out in the bookshops haha! Have you had anything published in the past that we can read or is this your first novel?

Well i know you've posted it ;), and we're all hoping it will go well and be a huge hit, but remember we want an autographed copy first don't we guys :) :)

I did put a short story on here a while ago, but I took it off after a while. :)

"Veins" is my third novel - am working on my fourth at present. Nothing published yet - it's a tough world.
 
My printer printed out my story the jigsaw puzzle put it was only 74 A4 pages long.
No one has offered to read mine yet though. i dont think no one knows about it!

Katie and her Sister Shelly have a mum who is mean and cruel to her (like my mum really >:( )
and get put into care, there, they must tackle out life, romance, friendships, and breakups
make themselves known to Shelly and Katie. But their long lost Dad appears round the corner..
could this be the family they'd lost since they were young?
