Advice please

Hi I’m new to the forum and 8 months in to Guinea pig ownership. I’ve got 3 little girls, mum and 2 babies. I’ve learnt a lot over the past 8 months about piggies but the one thing that worries me is their space, they have a 14 sq ft hutch with 2 levels. They currently have floor time ( free roaming my piggie safe lounge ) for 5-6 hours a day 6 days a week, the other day they stay in their hutch so I can wash all their lounge beds, blankets etc. I was wondering could they have 2 days in their hutch a week so I can get on with other stuff like housework. I’m normally at home 24/7 so I still talk to them clean them out feed water etc, I read them stories too while they are having cuddle time (they love it !)
I’d like some advice on this cause I’ll feel guilty if they are stuck in their hutch too often ( mummy piggie loves her bed day though ) they have lots of stuff to do and chew in their hutch they have a hay section with hidden forage and food and all the usual stuff beds x3 tunnels x2 hay cube and lots of toys, boredom breakers, chew things etc they get their piggie box monthly so I’m always changing toys over so they have new stuff. And obviously veggies twice a day, I get wheeked at for them and the bedtime pea flake each ! Thank you for reading any advice would be great p.s I Love guinea pigs they are so cute

What is the hutch measurement ie is it a 5ft hutch, 6ft hutch etc?
Upper levels does not count towards the cage size, they don’t double the floor space. Only the bottom level counts - so to be 14 square feet, their cage needs to measure 7x2ft on the single, bottom level.

You don’t need to get them out every day.
Getting them out for floor time is nice but some can only manage to do it once or twice a week, therefore spending 5-6 days in their normal cage.
My piggies live in my shed and due to not being able to go outside in winter, they don’t get out at all between October and April. Lots of enrichment and mental stimulation is what they need
 
If you wanted to continue this much floor time perhaps shorten the amount of hours they are out on another day maybe? So you can get other jobs done then they still have time to roam just for a couple of hours less on a given day 🤔

Ha ha I have a black and white girl who is very quiet and dignified and a ginger girl who is loud and a tad naughty and always up to mischief x
