Advice please... re housing and runs

I have two boars around a year old, they live in a c&c cage that is 4x2 grids with a 2x2 loft in my little boys play room. That cage takes up so much room, that available space for a run etc is tight. They come out for cuddles most days. I do struggle a bit time wise when I’m at work as I leave house at 6:30 and sometimes don’t get home until 21:30/22:00.

Is there an indoor run type thing that could be recommended?

How about getting some more c&c grids and forming them into a run but don’t use the connectors, just use cables ties to hinge them (or perhaps just put some connectors on the bottom of the grids for extra stability when in use). That way it will fold in on itself when not in use. Just remove one of the grids on their cage to allow them to come out into the bigger run space (but still have access back into their cage) when you are able to let them out.

I let them roam free in my room (after guinea pig proofing it) and lay down blankets where they poop (under hideys, etc.)
