First of all I would like to say hi to everyone as I have never been here before... secondly I would like some help please. I have had 2 sweet little boys for about 10 weeks now and everything has been fine with them but over the last few days Fred has been trying to run up my body towards my face when he is being held which is quite unnerving ... but then to day when I tried to move him from my face he started he grab on to the neck line of my top with his teeth and pull on it until it is stretched as far as it will go. It did remind me of a dog with a toy at first but now I am just wondering what he is trying to do any ideas?

Hmm, well I'm no Guinea expert, but when I first had Kytes she would climb up to my neck, but she never did the tugging thing.

He may be tugging because he likes to be around your neck, most Guineas like to huddle up into corners to keep warm, and he may find your neck comforting. If you don't like him being up there, then you could try moving him away from your neck a little each day, until he figures out he's not supposed to go up there.

They just like to be high up to get a good overview.
I guess your piggy really wanted to sit on the shoulders but you wouldn't let him and that was his way of telling you!

If you got long hair, they like to hide in that!

Thanks for that I guess he was just trying to tell me off at least I know now for next time and he can cwch up on my shoulders as much as he likes Xx
