Accidentally gave antibiotics late

Ive been giving my guinea pig .2 ml of Baytril every 12 hours at 9 am and 9pm, but today I totally forgot to give him his antibiotics this morning, and only just realized (It's almost 3 pm) so I just gave him it. I've been giving it for 3 days already, will he lose his progress? Also, when should I give his next dose?

Give it now and then give the evening dose just before you go to bed; try to have at least 7, ideally 8 hours in between the two. Then go back to normal by tomorrow.
