my guinea pig had a bit off hard fur above his nose for a week or two now. i helped him and took it off. although there are no changes in the way he acts , the bit where the hard fur was gave a bit of blood. i tryed my best to clean it up. is there anything i should be concerned about? i’m a bit worried bout the blood

If it is no longer actively bleeding then that is good. Keep the area clean until it heals.

You say hard fur - I’m wondering whether it was boar glue (dried semen). They can either get it on themselves or it is from their male cage mate. It is literally glue like.
Depending on how tight it is to the skin, it’s sometimes possible to cut the affected fur off with scissors. If not and it’s otherwise not bothering them best to leave it alone and it’ll come off in its own time.
If it is tight to the skin and is causing piggy discomfort , then it’s best to see a vet.
