If you are so badly worried, dunk the brush into a virkon or F10 solution (disinfectant) and let it dry in the air after each use. Or use a different brush for each piggy. This is for your own peace of mind only, not because it is necessary.
PLEASE seek help for yourself. there is nothing wrong with your guinea pigs and they are not in any danger whatsoever.
