A very special family! 💙💙💙💙

He really is amazing! I’ve never known a piggy like him. He arrived two years ago, with his friend who had inoperable stones in the ureter! Honey lived a happy life, for five months and then passed away suddenly! Monkey then took over the care of Nettle, who had severe dental issues and Monkey always let him eat first, as he was such a slow eater. When Nettle passed over the rainbow bridge, lethal boy, Leander had just arrived, so Monkey took him under his wing. He also cared for baby Bunny (he is a piggy but born in the Chinese year of the rabbit), but when Bunny got older and started to bully Leander, Monkey basically lost his s**t and shown even he can be pushed too far! He moved Leander to the end of the cage and put Bunny firmly in his place. At that point Bunny was moved out! When Popcorn arrived, a few months ago, I decided to try him with Monkey and Leander and all went well and then along came baby Hei Hei to make their family complete! 💙💙💙💙
 
I’ve just been cleaning the piggies out, so they’re all ready for Santa! Suddenly I hear some very annoyed wheeking coming from Monkey and co’s cage! The boys had all congregated in one corner, and Leander was boxed in. He can’t see that Hei Hei is in the way and tried to walk across him! Hei Hei shouts at him, but being deaf, Leander can’t hear, so continues to try and walk over him! I was just about to intervene when Monkey leapt into action and pushed Hei Hei to the side, allowing Leander to get through! I could watch this group for hours! 💙💙💙💙
