A new friend for nutmeg

My 8 month old boar nutmeg doesn't get on with my other bonded boar pair, so I need to get him a friend.

Should I get a boy or a girl to bond with him? (Obviously id get him neutered if it was a girl). I just really want them to get along. If I got a boy, I could get one this week, whereas a girl would probably be in may because I only want to do introductions when I'm off school and we'd have to wait for nutmeg to be completely sterile.

I would look for a boy rather than go the neutering route. Have you checked the rescue locators in case there is a rescue near to you that offers boar dating?
