Hi, I have only been a Guinea owner for a month now and I still have a few questions!
I have 3 sows who are 6 months old. They sometimes do the vibrating noise and the bum wiggle thing around each other...is this normal? My neutered boar does it when he can hear, see or smell them but I expected that! He has another 4 weeks until he can be introduced to the girls.
Sorry to sound dense, but what is popcorning?
It's quite difficult to know which are happy sounds and which are distressed ones. When I cuddle my boar he makes very low soft trumpetting sound (god it's hard to explain their noises!) Is this is happy noise?
My long haired sow squals loudly when I comb her near her bum...it sounds like the squaaling they do when I feed them but she seems to hate the combing.
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure they are ok!
