5 Week Old Guinea Pig Too Skinny?

I just got Teddy last week and he is supposed to be about 5 weeks old. I got my other guinea pig when he was about 6-8 months old. I can feel Teddy's hip bones when he is laying down but I can't see them. I can't feel Clevelands hardly at all. Is this normal for baby guinea pigs? He's so tiny, less than half the size of cleveland.

Guinea pigs should be weighed weekly. Use a kitchen scale in grams to weigh them.
