My small baby guinea pig (she is a girl) has4 nipples? They look exactly like her two other nipples. Yesterday she had only had two nipples and now she has four? Should I be concerned about this?

I just found two more! She has six nipples!

Hi!

Can you please take a picture and unpload it via the Attach files button under the post when you type.

Piggies don't develop extra nipples; they can - rarely - be born with 4 nipples; 2 on each side symmetrically.
I can however not comment just based on your posts as there is nothing I can verify.

They are definitely a lot smaller than her original two. Maybe I hadn’t spotted them before until now.

It does look like! Under the fur do they look like her other nipples? I guess sometimes weird things just happen!

Yes, just a lot smaller. They don’t seem to hurt her or bother her like cysts or anything and they are symmetrical on both sides. It’s crazy!

This does happen in animals and humans too, although rare they are classed as birth defects usually hereditary in humans
