I don't know what to get considering a 2x5 CC cage with 2x2 loft or trixie 150

*** do you think? need help its to hose 2 boys

I personally would get the c&c as it is adaptable and expandable.
I have 2x4 for my boys but the bigger the better :)
I got my grids from here and this pack made two 2x4 cages, I have them stacked one above the other:

Hope that helps!

c and c always. They have much more space and it is much better for the piggies.

bumpty bump.... @) any more experiences appreciated ....

See these links for plastic sources. Sorry I can't help much. I'm not in UK.

Here's how to score and build the cage.

I have this tool that really saves time for scoring coroplast.

I've got a 150 and I'm considering c&c. The main problem is that the sides slope in, so the area of the base is smaller. I have three sows in mine, and it never seems quite big enough.

can i see the difference of the sizes as i am interested to see :)

I always go for C&C, cheaper, easier to expand / adapt and also is very to move around so if you have to move the cage elsewhere you can just unclip the grids and untape the correx base and fold it all up!

You can score the plastic with a stanley knife, it's not hard at all, infact you have to be more careful you don't do right through it lol, just make a light impression and bend :)

I would second c&c though I haven't quite started using mine yet - the Trixie might state it's 150x74 but in my experience if you actually measure the living space at the bottom it is considerably less than that as the measurements they give are the longest and widest parts. For example my cage stated to be 122x60cm is actually more like 110x54cm at the bottom of the base where the piggies actually live!

Also c&c is usually much cheaper for the size you get, fully collapsible for storage and can be extended and made into different shapes to fit your area as you please!

I am going for the CC really hope we can build it ok! lol thanks alot for all your help xoxo
