2x19 U-shape C&c Cage Tour

Your setup is nothing short of amazing! I really enjoyed the video! What is the grey material under the piggy condo? Also how do you secure the fleece curtains to make those lovely little chilling areas?

Wow! Your setup is absolutely amazing!

Thank you. I know I've gone off the deep end with the girls, but these girls were all rescues and were living in smaller cages in their previous lives. I just want to make sure they have a chance of happiness with enough space to live comfortably.

Thank you. The grey thing under the piggie condo is a shaggy bathroom matt without any rubber material underneath it. It is all microfiber.
I have a grid square suspending up that is attached to the sides so I can hang the fleece.

amazing set up!

Thank you. I really appreciate the carpet

Wow! it is awesome! I may try the mat thing ;)

Awesome! I love the piggy condo. I'm going to have to steal that idea for my cage as my girls would love it.

I currently have 5 girls who had to be split into a 2 and 3 after 2 of them fell out. I've recently built a U shaped C&C which is 24 grids floor space. I love how much space it gives them and would never go back to a commercial cage now.

Your piggies are so lucky to have you looking after them :)

Yes. I also bought some of those from Ikea too. The only difference is that the bristles aren't as long, but serve the same purpose. The girls love laying on them too.

Definitely. Your girls would love the condo idea. It is also space saver in the cage, it is perfect because it has entrance/exit so they don't feel trapped. Plus I love the idea being able to expand a C&C when needed.

I saw those in Ikea the other day, and nearly bought them (but didn't 'cos I'd just spent nearly £17 on a dolls bed ). They've got them in a few colours in store.

I was tempted to buy those doll beds too...lol but bought the bath mats instead.

Yes - they've all had a go at that. I bought them wooden fruit from P@H, but they never touch it. They nibble the bed and my pine furniture when they're out for floor time in the living room. :hb:

Isn't that the greatest....you buy them stuff and they ignore their purpose and use something else. My girls are happy with just a card board box instead of a hidey hut.

just awesome,lucky piggies.

Thank you.

Wow that’s a awesome set up. How long does it take to spot clean?

Wow. 12 pigs? Good lord, how many grids have you bought! Cage looks great though. (Hopefully) this weekend I'm making a new one for my 2 boars. Good job!

It probably takes me about 10 minutes, I spot clean twice a day. In the morning, 1 hour after they eat their morning veggies and in the evening, 2 hours after they eat their evening veggies. I spot clean then give them their pellets for the evening and repeat the process the next morning.

I still have tons. I bought the grid square a long time ago and just kept them under the cage.

Thank you for the compliment

That is brill. You could watch them all day. I love to see a man who loves guineas
