2 storey cage-advice please!

hi
we have 3 girl piggies who have been in just a long indoor cage,to give them more room we have bought them a 2 storey cage that also has an extra shelf to sit on. however they seem none to keen to use the ramps & also there does seem to be quite a large hole upstairs to make room for the ramp. is there anything we can do to encourage them to make use of their new space,they do have lots of toys which they all love so have put some upstairs-is there anything else we can do? although they live inside they do have alot of out of cage time so perhaps they just need time to get used to it

i covered my ramp and put sides on as mine were a bit iffy at first, now they zoom up and down quicker than the speed of light!
 
My lot soon got used to their ramp, just give them time ;)

Try carpet off cuts or vet-bed pieces if you use it? Anything that will give them some grip should give them confidence in using their ramp :) Parsley at the top and bottom of the ramp encouraged my lot too
