Hi, I have 5 pigs in total 2 that have always lived together fine and 3 singles.
My 2 pigs tilly and honey came from the same home but in seperate cages as previous owner told me they don't get on but I thought it was a try. I have got them together on the sofa several times, with lots of teeth grinding ect I hoped they would get through it but they ended up getting v stressed and bit me when I seperated them so I have now abandoned this. Honey is very playful and active but tilly is much more docile and quite but the both very dominant so I guess this is an issue. I recently got mopsy who is 4 months old and introduced her honey, this went well and there was no signs of fighting at all. I have since found out mopsy is pregnant so they can't be paired after all. I am hoping the babies can be paired up with honey and tilly, but I am not sure as tilly is very dominant. I hate them being on their own, although they all live together in the same room. Do * think it will be okay to pair them with the babies? Also I want to build a massive cage for them, but would they all be able to go in together? There will be lots of room and be new envioronment so I'm hoping it might work. M*ny thanks for reading.

It is possible they may be paired with a baby each. You may have baby boars though! I would wait and see what gender the babies are. Please ensure you remove boars at three weeks old as they can get their mother pregnant.

Hi, thanks. Yes I have already bought a cage for the boars. I certainly don't want this stress again! I am hoping to find a way of keeping them all.
