2 females humping

My 2 pigs hunny and molly have been living together for almost a year now. To start with Molly was a bit rumbly and humped hunny a bit, we left her to it mostly as we knew she was just asserting dominance.
Recently they got a new cage, and Molly is rumbling and humping Hunny again, is this just her asserting dominance because its a new cage?
 
Yes hunny..she is saying this is my new cage and you will do as told rolleyes
 
this sounds like any boars' idea of an ideal duo of sows! :p;)

joking aside, I hope things calm down for you, you sound a little stressed... A bath together where they can snuggle up to each other for comfort afterwards (with veggies aplenty) may help settle down.

I just worry about them lol. They had a bath last week before moving into their new home. I doubt a bath would help much because they hate them -.-
Molly was grooming Hunny yesterday when I had them both sat with me so...I spose its just Molly asserting her dominance over the new cage. Shouldn't be too hard since hunny is relatively shy and introverted.
 
My girls mount each other when in season. Not very ladylike to see:)), but when the hormones are in full force they just do what piggies do. Unless one of the piggies becomes overly stressed, they should be okay..
 
That sounds like simple dominance "This is MINE!"
Just be glad they're not boys, else they'd be squirting everywhere...:<>
 
It could be a dominance issue, or one (or both) could be in heat, or both could be ocurring at the same time which would explain a lot!
